10 Cubed
New York City is always a great source of inspiration for me and during my trip there last week I was able to share a dinner at Central Park Tower, graciously hosted by my good friend Nicole Gary. We indulged in one of the distinctive lifestyle amenities offered by this inspiring building. Central Park Tower, soaring as the world's tallest residential structure at 1,550 feet above Billionaires' Row is home to 10 Cubed on the 100th floor—a private residential club crafted by developer Extell and designed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio.
With panoramic 360-degree views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, and the Manhattan skyline, 10 Cubed enchanted our senses. The restaurant, orchestrated by Colin Cowie Lifestyle, features unique elements such as cigar-shaped light fixtures and a ceiling mimicking the night sky. Michelin-starred chefs curate seasonal menus, offering a beautiful and functional dining experience for the building's residents.
The experience was truly remarkable and enhanced by the wonderful company that shared in this extraordinary moment.
Travel, with its ability to open minds and senses to unique experiences, has taught me the importance of not only considering tangible real estate but also the associated lifestyle and amenities. This becomes particularly crucial when exploring destination properties, where the desired lifestyle may differ from one's everyday routine. Access to properties that offer diverse lifestyle options proves invaluable in this process.
For developers seeking to integrate distinctive lifestyle offerings into your projects, please don't hesitate to reach out. We bring a unique positioning to these types of offerings across all project scales.
